Play.com è una figata, ma credo sia vittima della sua stessa burocrazia.
Tra le altre cose, spedisce con posta prioritaria; se gli mandi una mail e gli dici che non ti è arrivato nulla, ti rimandano ciò che hai ordinato sulla parola.
